A valued partner for over five years, Najjar Jiffy Lube continues to support student success through hands-on work-based learning. In just one month, Michael helped hire six automotive students, reflecting a strong commitment to developing new talent in the industry.

With 17 years at the company, Michael began in an entry level role and advanced through multiple positions before stepping into his current role as a field recruiter. His experiences give him an understanding of the skills automotive students need to be successful in the field.
